When I was young they would call my father Don Pedro, and it wasn't until I got older that I understood what it meant. Saying "Don" before a man's name is the equivalent to "Mr. or Sir" in the English language, but a little more powerful. The respect is much greater in Spanish or Italian families. "Doña" is used for the male counterpart.
Cocina translates into kitchen, so in retrospect you can say, "Mr. Peter's Kitchen" or "Sir Peter's Kitchen".
Most of my recipes are low in fat, carbs, cholesterol, sugar and many other nutritents. They may be higher in sodium, but I'm working on that part. I've created these recipes to help meet my MyFitnessPal nutritional goals and so far I have managed to lose 60 pounds over the last 6 months. If you have any questions regarding my recipes or if they're hard to understand, please email me at cocinadedonpedro@gmail.com
Respectfully,
Don Pedro a.k.a. Peter or Blade7184
